Ordering and shipping

Payment:
Payment is possible with Paypal or bank wire transfer in Euro currency. You can choose payment method in combination with shipping in the last step of basket summary.
If you will pay with Paypal, please wait for our Paypal invoice. We will send it on your email in 24 hours.
You can also pay with bank wire transfer. Our bank account is in Euro currency, so you can send your payment at the minimum bank charge from all states of the European Union which use the Euro as the main currency. You will receive data necessary for sending the payment in the confirmation email (IBAN and SWIFT code). If you will not receive this email, or you will have another problems or questions with payment, please contact us.

Invoice (tax document) get together with the ordered decals. The invoice also serves as a packing list.

Shipping:
Postage is the same for any number of items ordered.

Slovakia – 1,50 €
Czech republic – 2,50 €
Other countries of the world (including Europe and the U.S.) – 3,00 €

The parcel is sent by Post office as 1st class and registered shipment. Unless otherwise noted, ordered and paid goods are dispatched to 5 working days.
Delivering time are approximately as follows:

Slovakia – 1-2 working days
Czech republic – 3-5 working days
Europe – 4-7 working days
United States – 7–12 working days
Other countries in the world - within 14 working days

Privacy:
We will protect any data about you and your purchase against abuse and serve only to provide our quality services. You have the right at us in writing (or email) to request the destruction of your personal information you provided to us before.
Using our online store you agree to the collection and use of personal data in that way.

Terms of sale:
Each order is considered binding. Customer orders dispatch confirms that he agrees with the rules of trade, payment options, delivery terms and acquainted with the provision of privacy.

We are not VAT payers.
